Moving apps to sd card

Hello guys,
I'm using a Lumia 625 and the device internal memory is left with only around 1GB free memory. Can I move some apps to sd card? If yes, which ones? Would I experience lags and performance issues if I moved a few apps to sd card.

Thanks but that i already know how to move apps, but the thing that I'm worried about is that whether the apps would function aa before. I'm afraid about lags while loading apps once moved to the card. May be someone who has done it can guide better regarding this.

get a class 10 SD card or even lower but be OK but remember a higher class=better speed/performance.
