sms issue with the nokia lumia 630 dual sim

hy,
maybe i found a new issue in the nokia lumia 630 dual sim: when i receive a sms it shows me a notification and a message preview but when i try read the entire message it goes to main screen??
i did a hard reset twice but still have the same problem and it does it for both sim cards!!!

So, it goes to Start when you tap the notification? Does it crash in any other case?

If so, I'd dare to say that the Messaging app is the problem. Try going single-SIM for a while and see of the problem replicates itself. If it doesn't, it's a fault of the system in handling the dual-SIM capability. Contract Microsoft for a fix in this case.
