Internet sharing and personalizing the ring tone

Hi,
I have a lumia 525 windows phone 8. I ve two difficulties:
1. I do not arrive to see tne 'Internet sharing' button in tne 'Settings';
2. How to personalize my ring tone, like to put some ring that i received by bluetooth from someone.

1. If 525 can share it should be there.
2. A. Connect your phone to PC, find your audio file then copy paste it to ringtones folder B. On your phone open settings /ringtones+ sound then self from list

Not sure on your carrier but not all carriers support internet sharing.

With regards to Ringtones, if you plan to use a mp3 song be sure to change the genre to Ringtone otherwise the phone won't find it.
