Recovery tool checksum error

Hi,

I'm trying to roll back my Lumia 1520 DP via Nokia Software Recovery Tool.

The tool fails downloading the firmware file (.ffu) due to checksum error. It will retry and get stuck again at 100%.

The log looks like this:

I have also tried using NSU with other RM-937 product codes and they all fail...

Any idea what could be the issue?

[switch side method]

Yep...hard reset your phone (back up first) and then go for it. To download Nokia software on laptop it takes 2 updates. Let us know the outcome

The download is failing the checksum on the PC. Often firewall or anti virus causes such problems with ' managed' downloads. Try disabling them temporarily.
