Lumia 620 issues, OS or Hardware?

Everytime i took a pic with Camera, the pic became green colored and also some blur. Anyone know?

Can you send me your pic taken from Lumia 620, i wanna compare it

it could be a software issue send some images taken from your phone..
does your phone use to click good photos earlier or it was the same always..???

Never had that issue on my 620, both on 8.0 and 8.1, and with either MS camera or Nokia camera.
