Why is my Other storage in windows phone 8.1 showing zero but when I check it says that I have 1.4 gb?

"Other storage" in windows phone 8.1

My other storage in storage sense is zero mb bit in storage check it is 1.4gb. Why is it so and if I hard reset my phone what data will I lose and will my is remain WP 8.1 or it will revert back to wp8? And how do I hard reset WP8.1?

I am using Lumia 925.

There's a bug or something in storage check regarding that I believe.

If you hard reset, you lose everything on that phone, except for stuff saved online and other synced stuff.

It will remain on WP 8.1.

Hard reset via the button in the about settings panel.
