How to turn off transparent tile?

Have an odd problem:

Lumia 625, on windows phone 8.1 dp and cyan. I installed Lock Screen BETA - uninstalled due to lag.

All the tiles (that are able to) have become transparent!

I use the steel accent colour (in Start + Themes) and I cannot get the rules into a solid colour!

For example: Wpcentral app (Full and paid for) in the live tile settings I turn off the time transparency effect and the tile is removed from the start screen - I re pin a new tile and IT'S STILL TRANSPARENT!!!

Please help?

In Start+Theme, can you choose a start background/remove it?

Soooo.... I just deleted the photo for the start background and... Well problem solved. :/

I must have got it mixed up with the lock screen photo option.

Um. Well don't I feel daft.
