Help with Cellular Data!

Hi guys/gals

After installing the lock screen app, I decided 'meh' and uninstalled it. As a result, I got the 'resuming'bug and since I was not aware of a fix, I performed a soft and then hard reset. After resetting and restoring my data no problem, I went outside with some friends. Turns out I can send and receive messages and calls on cellular, but my internet doesn't work on cellular.

Lo and behold, trying to edit my email results in being told I have no connection, even though it clearly states I have five bars of LTE.

What gives, and what's the fix? I'm running an ATIV S Neo with 8.1 DP on AT&T

I am in the same boat. Reset my Sprint Ativ S Neo last night, and the data is messed up. I can't change any APN settings, they revert back, and there is nothing under "Active Network"
