Phone Call becomes one way and phone is unreachable

Hi All
i am facing an issue with my Nokia Lumia 1320. I had an update installed 2-3 days back. ever since i am facing the issue where during a call i am unable to hear the other side for 4-5 secs. It is as if the other person has gone on mute. even though the other person can hear me clearly. This is happening too often. The voice comes back after 4-5 secs but this happens many times during the call. Also the phone seems to be out of range as many ppl keep telling me they were unable to reach me. Is anyone facing these issues? Any suggestions?
