Battery Indication Glitch/Bug

Hi. I'm using Preview for Developers on my Lumia 920. Recently, I have found a weird problem. The battery indication is sometimes wrong. It sometimes gets stuck and doesn't show the correct battery percentage, such as showing 20% when I just finished charging for about 3 hours. It also gets stuck at a certain number and doesn't move. It gets fixed after I soft reset the phone or simply just restarting it. Is it just a glitch/bug or do I need to change my battery?

It is a glitch/bug. I had that occasionally on my 810 when I was running WP8 but have not seen it on the WP8.1 Developer Preview.
