Lumia 625 why take picture the led light will flash a second although flash it turn off

Hello is it normal that Lumia 625 why take picture the led light will flash a second although flash it turn off???
On others phone like android phone HTC One if i turn off flash light is wont turn on the flash even one second to flash on the object ???

Yea its called the focus light, its a really annoying feature in most Lumia phones but the most recent Nokia camera app update solves this issue. You can go to settings in the nokia camera app and switch off the focus light assist or set it by flash state.

It's the focus assist - it does activate even if the flash is turned off. Just means you get a clearer picture without the flash itself going off if that's the environment you're in. It can be turned off in the Microsoft Camera app - launch it, tap the three dots to bring up the settings menu and it's right at the bottom.
