Photos rotated when sharing - Lumia 930 UK

When I share photos that were taken in portrait orientation they are being rotated by certain apps. I have noticed this in Twitter and Instagram so far. They appear the correct way in the gallery and in OneDrive. And when shared to Facebook they are fine.

Has anyone else come across this? I've not found anything so far when Googling or on these forums.

Example below - you can see in the gallery the photo is the correct orientation but in Twitter it has been rotated.




EDIT: This is only happening with photos taken with the Microsoft camera. Nokia camera photos keep the correct orientation.

Same issue here Cannot take pictures in portraid mode on Lumia Camera.
