Automatic time and date not working

My nokia Lumia 625 (WP 8.1, but problems allready existed before the 8.1 update) doesn't seem to set the date and time automatically even though I have checked the box in the settings.

When I set the time manually and then switch to auto the time stays on my correct manual time. But after I soft reset the phone the time goes back to fabric setting.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

P.S. It worked fine on my old android with the same carrier
