I use a htc 8S , so I went to the windows website and used the "find my phone" from the website to erase my phone and this lead my phone to constantly reset itself. SO WHAT TO DO?

Yeah, I know how to reset normally so out of curosity I used the website and know its in constant reset. It comes back to the start screen and then turns off to reset again.

That has happened to me just as a glitch from the dev preview on my Icon. Turning it on or resetting it will sometimes just make the phone bootloop. Will go to the Nokia page, then Verizon page, then shutdown and try again. Usually just hold the power and vol down button to reset it again.

The method you used is what you do if someone has stolen your phone and don't want them accessing anything on it. If it just wiped it and left it in a normal state, it would be a bit pointless - yes your data would be gone, but they would still have a fully functional phone.....

I would be inclined to give it a dose of the retail recovery tool - it could be resetting because the remote erase corrupts something essential to normal operation, and a flash would restore the original image.

Edit: Or whatever the HTC equivalent is.
