Windows Store not showing purchase history

After I hard reset my phone, my phone downloaded all the apps which it found in the backup. Some apps still didn't download. So I went to the store and clicked the "My Apps" but it shows syncing and then nothing appears (see screenshot below). What should I do ??

I am seeing the same thing. Almost every time it says this may take several minutes, then it stops. Only once did I get an error indicating the store was inaccessible.

I don't know what is the problem with it. Tried rebooting my phone also. I don't want to hard reset my phone again. I'll check again today.

Well, I checked my phone the next morning, opened Store and saw that it was showing all apps automatically. I guess some problem from Microsoft's side. Thanks for the solutions
