Flash Lumia 1320

Wanted to see if anybody could shed some light on this for me. I bought the Lumia 1320 unlocked RM 995 because I use T-Mobile and it has all of T-Mobiles bands. It is set as the Latin American version with default apps and settings which I don't like. If I was to flash the device to north America's variant which I believe is the RM 994 version, would that cut off features? I know that version doesn't have T-Mobiles bands for LTE and I don't want to flash it to find that it cuts off those bands. I cant find any information regarding this. Thanks!

I mean I know I can do that but 8.1 isn't a big deal to me. I just want to get north American firmware on it because it has weird icons like H+ in stead of 4G and a lot of bloat ware plus the language is Portuguese by default so I have to keep switching that. I just don't want to flash it to the RM 994 version if its going to turn off my LTE bands.
