Not able to activate Cortana Lumia 925.

Just upgraded to 8.1 on my att Nokia Lumia 925 and somehow can't activate Cortana. I tried rebooting can't find the app under settings to turn it on and yes I'm in the US.
Note I did download the app for developer preview a few days ago but never activated it due to no wanting to potentially void my warranty

I have every thing in English us am I missing something region is set to US too

I'm having same issue. Just downloaded Cyan/WP 8.1 to my ATT lumia 925. Everything appears to be there but Cortana. Cannot find it anywhere. What do I do. Is there a number to call MS? Help.....

There should be a couple phone numbers on your phones info screen under settings.

Finally got Cortana Activated. Try installing English UK as the language than when its set and installed switch it to US English and make sure US english is on top if its not press down and select move up. Then restart. If that doesn't work just keep fidling with the language setting everything to Uk english then make to us doing the above again
