Memory and Internet Problems

When my Lumia has 'low memory' the internet plays up, not recording/showing internet history, logging out all networks constantly, even when only refreshing the page etc. Thing is, I deleted over 3/4 of my files and apps, and its still saying low memory and this problem occurs if I take a few photos and then try to use the internet. Has anyone else had any problems like this?

Have you try to clean the browsing history of IE?
A soft reset can help too.

Check in the storage, sometimes temporary files and the "other" files can affect you phone, there is an app to deal with those files.
