Cortana half working

Cortana doesn't load news feeds or interests for me. It says "go ahead and tell Cortana what to do, interests aren't available at the moment." So I went into interest settings and it gave me the the same reply. So I tried to add interests, same reply from Cortana. This has gone on for several days. Restarted phone, turned Cortana off and back on. Nothing works. Btw it does flash news and temp across live tile, but when I go into it to see it..... I get the response above, please help!

It happens sometimes... restarting your phone will have no effect because 99% of Cortana is back-end and handled by MS, so they are probably having a few issues.

I had this happen a few weeks back. It lasted a week or so. It is on the back end, as stated above. They are probably tweaking some things. You will have to wait until they are done, which could be a day to a week or longer.
