Frequent charging of Lumia 620 battery when not discharged--good or bad?

Hi,
I am using nokia lumia 620. My question is ,

Will charging the mobile frequently before it is totally discharged will reduce the battery life??

Not really, is recommended to discharged the battery every 1-2 months to keep the battery life optimal. More than that is not needed.

No. Topping off lithium ion batteries is better for them. They have no "memory" like old nickel cadmium batteries, and they last longer when they go through fewer full discharge cycles.
