Advice needed on selling my 8X

So I'm about to buy a nee phone and will be selling my HTC 8x... I know they don't go for much but how much would you guys suggest listing it for?

It's with t mo and has only been used for three months. And always have had an otter box around it.

Best to check on sites like eBay, Amazon, etc to get a general idea what the price is.
My ballpark guess is $120 - $180, but that's just my estimate.
