Will there be additional update for Lumia 1320 in the Philippines after updating to WP8.1 using the "Preview for Developer"?

There will be an update to the preview for developers 8.1 (update1) this week.. I believe it will fix the issue with DP users cant update to Lumia Cyan too..hintay hintay lang
