Where is the so called "USB Condom" feature?

updated to Windows Phone 8.1 update preview, but didn't saw the "USB Condom" Feature , also USB is not seen in Settings .

What the heck is a USB condom feature? oO I think the USB settings require Cyan.

Ah, k. Thanks for clarification. Well, my devices don't show that either. Not that I would really need it.

It's in 8.1 Update 1.

In Settings>USB.

Check 'Ask me before using USB data connection'. When cable is plugged in. it will give the option to transfer data as well as charge. If No is chosen, then no data is transferable. Charging only....

If this option is unchecked, it will function like the normal USB connection. Charge and data transfer.
