Surface Pro 3 Touch Screen Issue on boot

Hi,

I am facing an issue with my SP3, once booted the device touch screen needs 15 seconds to allow me to use the touch interface, this is only happening on cold boot. If the device is on sleep, the issue doesn't appear.

Anyone can help?
