Lost Or Stolen Nokia Lumia 900 Black, Factory Unlocked!

I lost my Unlocked Nokia Lumia 900 at Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris, on my way to the USA from Africa on July 26th 2014. Is it possible for me to lock this phone while in the USA?

I said I lost the phone. If I wipe it, anyone who stole it could easily use it. I intended locking it so that it can become unusable. Is it possible to lock it from a distance? I already bought another phone, though not a windows, this time around.
