Strange ringtone noise WP 8.1

I've been hearing this weird ringtone on my windows phone and have no idea what it's for or what triggers it. I can't find it in "sounds" either. It sounds like a series of rapid tones. Can't really describe it lol. Everytime it happens though, it makes the same sound, it doesn't change. Any ideas?
