Surface pro 3 in India...is it possible?

I am a huge fan of the surface pro 3 & I think that its a good alternative for desktop or laptops. Though I doubt that microsoft is ever going to sell in India. My uncle lives in the US. So if I ask my uncle to get one for me, will I be able to use all its features? Will there be any complications owing to the fact that a product tested for the US is being used in India?
