Wifi not working in windiws 8.1 update 1 developer preview no internet access error

I am having wifi with proxy enabled in my college.when I try to connect to wifi it says no internet access though internet is working after I have updated to update 1.Can any one help me solve this issue.I think there is some conflict with the internet sharing opion and enabling wifi.As soon as I turn on internet sharing wifi is turned of and vice versa.please help me solve this. Thanks
