Lumia 925 Firmware change from Latin America to India

I have purchased a Lumia 925 in Latin America. I want to change firmware suitable for India. How do I go about it?

Thanks Pacus! It did work & I do owe you Beer!
It worked very well for a while. I have a new problem. Whenever a call gets connected, display goes blank. I can do nothing till the called party disconnects. Other day, I called to a land line & the called party did not disconnect properly, I had to switch off the phone with volume - & power keys. Hope, you will give me solution for this problem as well.
