Email and fb problems maybe virus?

I have a Nokia Lumia 710 and im not sure if my phone has a virus or what the actual issue is, but I use my phone for everything and only been using my phone for emails and fb not any other device. Today my email has been randomly sending emails to all contacts and fb contacts. Also my fb has been posting random status updates. my email and fb has different passwords so im confused how both could be acting up so worried it's because of my phone. Also, I have 2 email accounts that are linked, but only the email account that is used for fb was sending these random messages. Could it be my phone?

Sounds more like your FB account has been compromised somehow (eg someone guessing your password) - I would change both email and fb passwords and see if it stops after that.
