Live Folder bug

Hello everyone!

I have a nokia lumia 1020 with windows phone 8.1 (upgraded yesterday). Before this version of OS i installed PFD and i have live folders but when i installed the official 8.1 version i haven't.

Does anyone who have the same problem or just me?
Can you suggest something to get this feature?

I am presuming you downgraded as the Lumia Cyan has been halted for the PFD program until the bitlocker issue is fixed. So what you need to is:
1) re-enrol onto the PFD program
2) check for updates
3) Install the OTA GDR update 1

You should get live folders and activate Cortana in beta or alpha (depending on your region [Beta for China & Uk] [while India, Canada and Australia get opt-in alpha program] excluding the US as Cortana is already active in the 8.1 Update)

I tried it last weekend but it's not worth it. Used my Bluethooth headset (purity pro) and BT connection always lost after i use it an hour. So after an hour i can't enjoy my musics. The phones battery run out of energy faster etc etc.
Any suggestion?
