Unable to organise start screen into folders

As outlined in the title I updated to windows phone 8.1 yesterday but am unable to organise my apps on start into folders. Any suggestions?

You need the GDR1 Preview for Developers to do that.

Singup for dev preview , install the preview fr developers app and enable it.. Now check for phone updates , you will get the gdr 1 update . After instaling this update you can use the live folders option else not
