push problem since Cyan update

Hi,
Since my lumia 820 updated to Cyan, I have some issue with the push messages. When I turn on the phone with mobile net connection, I get every push messages (I use viber and FB messenger). After when I turn on the WIFI, everything is still OK, but when I turn off the wifi and the phone use again the 3G, the push messages does not work anymore. Maybe a HR could help?
