Signed Xap deployment issue (enterprise application)

Hi
The client has signed the Xap and is trying to deploy using Application Deployment tool,
Following Error is shown:

"Installation of the application failed. Run time error has eccured. Fix the capabilities in WMAppManifest.xml file."

The same Xap before signing is working and is deployed also.

please help, what could have gone wrong.
