Phone turns back on

I have the Lumia Icon and it turns on when it is plugged in, which is kind of annoying in its own right. But I believe this logic has caused a bug where turning off my phone after recently unplugging it, the phone continues to reboot.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Don't know about the bug but all Windows Phones since they first came out power on when charging.
