Not able to purchase apps / games from the Windows Phone store

When I tried to purchase a game from the Windows Phone store with my Windows Phone 8.1 developers version Lumia 525 it's shows some error and not able to purchase. When I click on the buy button it shows loading, resume indications one after another. I have purchased one game from the store before the update and I never faced any problems at that time.

What does the error message say? That could definitely be helpful in determining a solution.

It doesn't show's any error message, instead when I click on the buy button a white screen appears and loading, resuming indications are showing simultaneously. After the white screen I am not able to go back. The only way to go back is close the store app.

Restart the device and try again. Make sure that you have a stable connection (preferably WiFi) while doing this. If that doesn't work, you may need to reset the device. Resetting the device should still keep you on 8.1 but it will be a clean install of it. Make sure you have everything backed up before continuing with this.
