calendar has disappeared from nokia lumia 520

the calendar has disappeared from my Nokia Lumia 520, possibly when the phone updated yesterday. How do I get it back?

It's completely gone from your phone? Even in your all Apps list? (Scroll to the left from the home page)

This has been something that has been happening with the developer preview updates. When installing these updates you should be aware that they can mess up your device. This is one way it can be messed up. However simply hard resetting the device should fix this problem. Settings > About > Reset your phone.
