Lumia 925 Here drive bluetooth connection following latest update

I regularly use my nokia Lumia 925 as a satnav in my car, I performed the Cyan update recently and the voice commands now automatically come through the car stereo via bluetooth connection which I do not want to happen! I was happy with the original setup when the directions came through the phone speaker. can anyone help please?

So, I guess your stereo only does headset profile and not A2DP? Some people have reported that in 8.1 Here Drive sends the voice directions over the headset channel instead of by A2DP like it did in 8.0. If you didn't have an A2DP-capable stereo then I guess it just came over the speaker.

I don't have a solution, unfortunately. I wish Microsoft would let us choose which services to enable for each Bluetooth device like you can on Android.
