I am using lumia 520. I am experiencing very slow interface while opening the apps and even settings. Please add ur opinion and way to bring it back to normal speed

Mine is experiencing the same. I have never done hard reset to it though... I am going to do that when Cyan is available for mine.

Users often forget to give specifics such as;
Firmware version (Developer preview, Cyan from your carrier, No update etc:...)
Carrier
SD card installed\not installed
Recent app downloads including "betas" or any known problem applications.
What you have done to alleviate your issues...

It is difficult to guess what is happening when we have no details about your problem.

Yes i have sd card installed which troblues me by duplicating all my data
