How to delete accounts in Microsoft's payment options?

When I go to my Microsoft account payment options I get multiple "payment accounts". Two are Polish - my personal one, second created due to payment made for registering as developer to get WP 8.1 and two for using Xbox One in yet unsupported country (US and GB). The thing is I want to delete the last three and end up only with my personal account. None of them has any debt. Maybe I'm blind but I couldn't locate option to simply delete all additional accounts.

Login to live.com and have a poke around in there.

Go to commerce.microsoft.com and under Billing on the left side, click on Payment Options. When you click on each payment option, you should have edit, remove, view transactions links on the right.

Yeah, but I have multiple "payment accounts" to delete, not options within one account.
