Xbox music and Xbox video not responding

Hey I need some help..

I have a Lumia 525 with 8.1 dp installed (no update 1 installed yet). But since yesterday I cannot open music and video app. It happen after my phone kinda stuck and I do soft reset. Facebook, wechat, Bing translator and temple run 2 not responding. But that's ok because I can uninstall and install it back. Music and video app cannot. I do some soft reset also nothing. Please I don't know what to do.

P.s: English is my second language.

If a soft reset does not work, you might need to do a hard reset.

Or I could just update the phone to update 1. Maybe it'll be back to normal.
