Lumia 920 Display Problems after updating to WP 8.1

So last night i updated my lumia 920 to WP 8.1 and now bottom part of my screen is refreshing half of a second later than rest of it. This is really annoying! What should i do with it? (I bought this phone December 2013 - so it's pretty new)

I have the same problem after cyan update. Initially i suspected a hardware problem, but now since other people have the same problem it's clear that this is a software problem. I will try a hard reset to see if that changes anything, if not i will downgrade to windows black because i am not very pleased with cyan update.

My friend has the exact same problem... Couldn't find the solution online.
Soft reset didnt help. I wouldnt recommend him a hard reset, unless someone says it actually works.
Any other ideas?

Fresh install of Lumia Cyan firmware via NSRT will be tried

I finally got some time to do a hardware reset and restore everything, and I can tell that this has solved the screen problem. So make a backup of your data, hard reset the device (I tried the button reset) and restore all the data and you are screen problem free.
