Live lock screen beta app advice?

Earliar in reviews I read that by installing live lock screen beta app..the "resuming" problem persists even after uninstalling the app..even I have seen in one of my device 15 days ago..is that problem resolved now? Can I install now? But I dont want that resuming problem..plz give assured answer..

The app says version 1.0.0.0
I doubt there was a fix done.

It hasn't been updated yet. It's fairly safe to say that there have been no improvements to the app whatsoever.

Rudy the Developer behind the app , submitted the app to Microsoft around 20 days ago
Now its upto MS when they r willing to release the update

Will downgrading my Os from developers will lead to losing of any data? I have backed up the app settings and others given in backup setting.plz suggest coz I wanna install Lumia cyan. I have developers update 1.
