Issue with Universal App on Windows Phone and PC

Hello,
I bought Halo Spartan Assault on my Lumia 1520 but when I try to install the same app on my computer, I am prompted to purchase the game again. I understood that an universal app purchase on any Windows Device allows me to download without buying again across all my Windows PCs and devices.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem or do I need to call Microsoft Support?

If you are using diff account to login to PC and Phone, you might not be able to. If its same account, its better to check with MS Support to get it resolved.

 

[switch side method]

I spoke to Microsoft regarding this a few weeks ago. They said that they will be bringing an option out soon where you can transfer games from laptop to phone and vice versa. No news yet tho
