Subscribe to Yo alerts from WP8.1U1

Is anyone able to subscribe to accounts in the yoindex.com website, from a device with Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1?

I'm sorry, I mistakenly posted the question before finishing the post.
The yoindex.com website is the official index for accounts one can subscribe to. It is linked from both within the app and its justyo.co website. For example, you can see the REDALERTISRAEL service that’s been in the news (which warns you about incoming rocket attacks in Israel).
My questions comes from the fact that, when trying to subscribe to any service from the index it goes to pages that are detecting the new IE (from Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1) as Safari - from an iPhone; so they redirect to the iTunes store link for the Yo app in iOS. I assume that’s a consequence of the new user agent string from the latest IE. Does anyone else have this issue? (With this or other sites. For example, I was without the Twitter app for a moment there, and from mobile.twitter.com it prompted me to download its app, but it linked to the Google Play store).
