lumia cyan availability

WPCentral Question

I was using Lumia 720 with WP 8.1 GDR1 developer preview. Now Lumia cyan update is available in India and so I reinstalled WP 8 using Nokia software recovery tool. But now while checking for update ,it shows 'your phone is up to date' .Is there anything that I must do to get the cyan update
