Problem in opening settings stuff

Guys
I am from India & i own a Lumia 520 with Cyan and wp 8.1 update 1.After installing cyan firmware I'm not able to open touch,audio,network+,display,extra+info,,call+sms filter. Leaving these I can open everything else in settings. When I tap to open the above features it shows up a message saying this cant be opened an app update may be available in store. But on checking in store there's no such update available. Please give me a solution over this.
Note: I had to downgrade from preview version to install cyan.

U can uninstall those apps by setting the date to somewhere 2110(year). Then re-install them using sysapp pusher(u get all system app links)

Do a soft reset..If still error persists do a hard reset..

Go to settings, then date + time.
Change the year to 2106 or later.
Press back and click on display.
A message pops up about a problem with the app. Click uninstall.
