Phone not starting.

I have nokia lumia 520, i recently updated it to windows 8.1(cyan), after half an hour updation it displayed restarting and shut downed but after some it displayed the nokia logo and doesn't go further than that and starts doing it and doesn't stop it displays the nokia logo several times after several shutdowns automatically and doesn't go further. I tried restarting it manually using the volume up+power button but nothing happened. What could be the problem and please give a solution for it !

Your half way there. Do a full reset (but you will lose everything but if saved to OneDrive you will get it back) volume and down button. Hopefully it will correct itself
