lumia 900--no sound in games

hello sir / mam

pls ... help me in my lumia 900 spearker not work when i play sound and games there has no sound . but i try to call , alarm at listening radio my phone speaker works either using mg headset ill try to restart and shutdown then its still the same ..... play sound , play video and games has no sound
what should i do now ....
