1020 background image not working

1020 8.1-
I Set a background image and it doesn't show up on the tiles. Any ideas?

Some tiles are not transparent but tiles such as whatsapp,message, email, app store are..have you any of these on your home screen?

No tiles show background image. I have had the tile with dark background and black tiles with white edges. Even when I changed to green tiles they don't show up green

sorry, yes I have email apps, app store, etc. tiles on homescreen but none show the background image nor green when I changed the accent color

Tried a good old soft reset?

Figured it out. Had the "high contrast" on in "ease of access"
